Roy and Elvia have been supported by ACC in missionary ministry since 1970. They have served with NICE (Northwest Independent Church Extension) as Executive Director from 1970-2000; and since that time, they are ministering with NICE as Minister At Large. This provides them opportunity to serve and encourage churches and pastors with evangelism, counsel, Bible conferences, and training, as well as to serve on the Board of the Mission. God has used the Mission to plant 115 new churches in its 64 years. Every new church becomes another source of worldwide missionary outreach.
The Sprague’s have three grown children: Monica, Judi, and David. Monica Kooy lives in Edmonds; Bob & Judi Allen are with NICE as Washington State Field Director, living in Pacific, WA; and David & Joy Sprague (a King County Correctional Officer) live in Bainbridge, WA. God has blessed Roy and Elvia with six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren!
