Alderwood Kids
We provide kids ministry during the 9:30 and 11am services. Just for THIS school year (2020-2021), ages 5 and below are in the Downtown Zoo program and ages Kindergarten through 5th grade are in Uptown Kids. Nursery provided during 8am service (up to 24 months)
We ask that you register kid(s) each week. While pre-registration is important, we understand that things change, so please visit us in-person on Sunday morning at the Children's Information table and we will help you.
Please check for a confirmation email to make sure you've completed registration.
Downtown Zoo (birth to pre-kindergarten) - no masks required. Temperature will be checked upon entry. They will play, sing, hear a Bible lesson, and do a small craft.
Uptown Kids (kindergarten to 5th grade) - masks required. Temperature will be checked upon entry. The kids will meet in a large group style setting. They will sing, hear a Bible lesson/devotional, and play games/group activities.

For Newborns Through Elementary
We have three great experiences for kids with each age group in mind.
Downtown at the Pond

Our nurseries accommodate newborn to 24 month old children during all three services. The ministry of the nursery department is first and foremost a ministry of Christ-like love and nurturing to the infants. It is also a ministry to the parents so that they may attend services with the knowledge that their child is being properly cared for.

Our Downtown Zoo is for two-year-old to Kindergarten aged children. In this area, children are taught with age-appropriate material where they will learn about people, places, and events from the Bible. Each morning consists of singing, storytelling, crafts, and playtime!
Uptown Kids
First - Fifth GradeLighthouse (1-3rd grades) C200

Elementary Kids (1-5) head upstairs to Uptown Kids for worship, games, fun Bible teaching, and small group time to help kids grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. Each grade gets a specialized program and worship service just for their age group.
Dynamic Praise Kids
Kids choir for grades 2-5 that runs from January-May, performing their annual spring musical in May.

Awana is a great place for children to learn Scripture and truths from God’s Word. This program includes small group time with a leader, story time, game time, and the opportunity to earn lots of awards. Awana teaches kids that God is real, that He loves them, and that He has expressed that love through Jesus Christ. Awana emphasizes memorization and understanding key Bible verses that show how to know God and walk with Him.
