What is church center?
Church Center will be your account to interact with Alderwood. You can keep your profile information up to date,
see when and where you are committed to serving, interact with the groups you are in, register for events,
check-in your kids, and keep track of your giving.
how to set up your church center account
Step 1: Download the app
The app is available for iOS and Android using the links below. We recommend using the mobile app because it so easy to see and gives you access on the go, but you can also go to the Church Center web app. The features are the same in the mobile and web apps.

Step 2: Log In
On Mobile
You’ll only have to do these steps the first time you open the app
- Use location – zip code 98036
- Search Alderwood Community Church
- Tap Next to agree to the terms of service and privacy policy
On Web
Open the Church Center page https://alderwoodcc.churchcenter.com (churchcenter.com) in your browser, select Log In at the top right corner of the page.
Next, you’ll be prompted to enter your phone number (or email if you prefer). Enter the six-digit code you receive back via text (or email if you chose that option). If you already have a profile in Planning Center (from serving, being in a group, registering for an event or giving), you’ll be asked to verify your name. If you don’t already have a profile, you can create one at this point by adding your name and email
NOTE: In Church Center, everyone should have their own profile. Please avoid joint accounts between spouses, as this will help with volunteer and event management.
I have created my account. Now what?
Now that you have your profile created, you can go to the right corner (on mobile or web) to click into your account.
Here is where you will see your name and basic information, which our staff uses for communication and event purposes. You will also see your schedule, which will contain various events and volunteer moments that you are committed to. Lastly, both your giving and registration commitments will be stored and accessible here as well.
