The God Who Weaves It Together

Big Idea: People make their choices, but God weaves them together to accomplish his will. 

 

             Isaiah 46:9-10 

 

Absolom chooses to exalt himself and David chooses to humble himself. 

 

            2 Samuel 16:11b-12 

 

 

God allows David to face his consequences but graciously limits the damage of his sin. 

 

 Ahithophel chooses betrayal, while an unnamed woman chooses faithfulness.
