Women of the Word – Winter

How should Christians relate to the world around us? Have you ever been confused about the relationship between God’s love and his justice? And how do we deal with the differences between God’s perspective and ours? This Spring, Women of the Word will be studying three Old Testament Prophets that encountered similar questions and issues.

The books of Jonah, Habakkuk, and Malachi were written hundreds of years before Christ, but they have significant relevance to the Christian today. We will be confronted with the holiness of God’s character, the breadth of his love, and the importance of trusting God in difficult circumstances.

Our class will include LIVE teaching from a team of our own Alderwood women as well as small group discussion time, and light homework to help you dig into the Scriptures on your own! We hope you will join us for this weekly study.
