Midweek – Winter Quarter
Alderwood Midweek is a great place to grow together, meet new people, have engaging small group time and large group teaching.
This winter, we will be going through 1 Corinthians. The church in Corinth struggled to follow Jesus in a culture that prized status, success, and self. Paul’s letter calls them—and us—to a better way: the way of the cross. In this ten-week study, we’ll explore what it means to be called to be different—to live with unity in a divided world, wisdom that looks like foolishness, and love that transforms everything. Together, we’ll discover how the gospel reshapes who we are, how we worship, and how we live as God’s people in the world. A study booklet will be provided on the first night.
An optional self-pay dinner of pizza, salad bar, and Chick-fil-a nuggets is available from 5:45-6:30. The study runs from 6:30-8:00pm.
Midweek is an awesome time for individuals and families to engage during the middle of the week. Our heart for Wednesday nights is that there are options for the entire family to participate together. Due to the increased level of interest in our programs, we ask that parents of children ages birth through third grade participate in the adult Midweek program.
Please register all adults and children (birth through 3rd grade) of your immediate family who will attend Alderwood Midweek/Wednesday night.
Kids in 4th through 12th grade do not need to be registered to come.
Please email us at reachus@amcc.org for financial assistance if needed.
