Kevin began attending ACC in high school and first became interested in missions during a short-term trip to the Philippines in 1985. He left his job at Boeing in 1989 to attend Bible college! Alina grew up Catholic in Acapulco and Guadalajara and accepted Christ at age 15 when her mother became a Christian. Kevin met Alina while attending New Tribes Mission Training Institute in Baker City, Oregon, and they were married in 1992.
The Beach family has worked in Mexico for over 20 years now, 13 of those with New Tribes mission in the Tarahumara tribe in Chihuahua, Mexico and the Tepehuan tribe in Durango, Mexico. They are now church planting with FIM in a town called “Valle Dorado” located in the Bay of Banderas (Puerto Vallarta) in the state of Nayarit.
